We here at Copple Chevrolet GMC have a little proposal for you... The next time you're riding in your friends car, try to notice the level of comfort that their climate control system is providing. If it's not doing its job, chances are you're not riding in new GMC. The American automaker has gone out of its way to infuse its lineup with the best of the best in temperature modifying tech, and nothing proves it more than the presence of Jeff Bozeman on the company's development team.
After all, Jeff's colleagues do call him the Iceman. Jeff is best known for creating state-of-the-art climate control systems, and his most recent creation can be found in the GMC Terrain. The Terrain is available for a test drive on our lot at 306 Main St Louisville, NE 68037, and it can be taken for a test drive if you contact us online or by phone at (888) 806-2330.
Testing for the new climate control center in the 2012 Terrain took place in a specially-designed climatic wind tunnel in Warren, Mich. Environmental chambers. Within its confines, temperatures can be adjusted to reflect a wide range of weather conditions in order to appropriately test the newly designed system and push it to its limits.
"Maybe it's my Dutch heritage, but I'm hyper-focused on finding ways to improve driver and passenger comfort while using the absolute minimum amount of energy possible," explains Bozeman. "We can better understand things like skin temperature and perspiration and can get a read on a wide range of shapes and sizes of GMC customers."1
Of course, this new system isn't exclusive to the Terrain. You can find incredible tech like this in models like the GMC Acadia, Sierra 2500HD, and Yukon XL 1500 as well. And each of them are available to be financed or leased at your next convenience. What's more, our expert team can even outline how easy it is to make sure that your new car run like new for years down the road too, through our dedicated parts and service departments, so make sure to get in touch with us soon!
