I took it to one Dealership before them they replaced a bunch of parts and thousands of dollars. Then I took it to them and the customer service was ten times better. I purchased my truck from Coppel Chevrolet and it's always ran just perfect, took it I. For some minor Hail damage in Omaha, when I picked up the truck is wasn't running proper and the engine light was on, I called Coppel and they got me in right away. Service department contacted me with thier findings and had it fixed in no time flat. I am so happy my truck is once again running perfect. The service department also took a look at the entire driveline and made some suggestions for the future. Its great when you have honest ppl that care about you and your vehicle. Thank you so much Copple Chevrolet for taking such good care of my truck for me. Once Again Tony from Coppel Chevrolet took charge of the problem with my truck and its running perfectly once again!!!

Do yourself a huge favor and get to Copple and ask for Jason VanSchoiack. He'll find you the vehicle you're looking for even if they don't have it in stock. To top it off, you'll get the best price around. Trust me. I was looking for a 2018 GMC Sierra All Terrain and they only had a white one on the lot. I got frustrated and upset with another GMC dealer located in southeast Nebraska who I had worked with for over 15 years and they did nothing for me in almost 4 months of trying to get a new truck. I decided to search the internet for the truck I wanted. After going to Copple's website, I sent an email to them asking about the white one they had in stock. Jason called me in less than 10 minutes to ask what I was looking for and told him I really wanted a red metallic one. 10 minutes later he calls me back and says they can find one for me and have it shipped up. Less than a week later I was driving home the truck I had my eyes on for months! AND the price after discounts and offerings they had at the time were amazing! Go pay Jason a visit and get the vehicle you've always been dreaming of!

Updated Review from a couple months ago. We had a transmission issue with our 2019 GMC Acadia, we brought it to Copple to get it looked at. It wasn't a simple fix and we had some hoops to jump through because of the mileage being at almost 60,000 when we called to bring it in and having an extended warranty. Long Story short, we got it in and the transmission needed extensive repairs, this was done, more issues arose after initial repairs were made. I spoke with service manager Gary Kay a few times and he said no matter what, he would make it right and get the problem fixed. There is still an issue with the transmission, but I know Gary is going to take care of us, and he is getting us an extended GM warranty to cover the powertrain (Engine, transmission, etc...) to 120,000 miles which is huge for us with the issues it has had. It's been nice knowing that Gary takes care of the customer and gets their vehicles fixed. I will definitely shop at and have work done at Copple from now on. Customer service and going the extra mile for us has shown the values a small town dealership has and how they care about the people in and outside of their community. You're not just a number/customer to Copple! They get to know you

I bought a used truck here. The sales people were great and I had a good experience with the sales people. The only downfall was I was told all the fluids had been changed after I brought it home a week later I went to change the oil and it was black as coal, They did not do all the maintenance that they were supposed to before I bought the vehicle.
